Leffe Blonde is an over-fermented grain gold monastery beer associated with the enterprising Abbey of Notay-Dame de Leffe in Belgium. Part of the income from the sale of the beer goes to the work and operation of the monastery by the monks. The beer is brewed on golden malt and added to the finest aroma hops. Leffe Blonde has a full-bodied, fruity sweetness with a short-lived, restrained bitterness that gives the beer a round, harmonious fullness.
