Leffe Brune is a chestnut brown monastery beer. It has been brewed since 1952 with the permission of the Notay-Dame de Leffe Abbey in Dinant, which to this day receives part of the sales proceeds. The beer is brewed on a robust mixture of light and dark malts and mixed with fine hops. Leffe Brune has a rich caramel sweetness with a very mild bitterness. The scent is rich in fruity wine tones
