Four excellent grapes have been used to create the new Famiglia Pasqua wine: Corvina, Trebbiano, Syrah and Carménère. However, the name of the wine comes from the fact that the grape skins are in contact with the liquid for 11 minutes. This time is enough to give the wine a beautiful pink color. Corvina grape gives the wine flora aromas and good acidity. Trebbiano grapes bring the wine elegance and long aftertaste. Syrah gives fruity and spicy notes. Carménère brings structure to the wine and ensures stability.
