Sierra Tequila is a crystal clear, beautiful tequila with a distinctly pure taste and a mild and delicate character. Tequila is made from the heart of the blue agave that grows on the Mexican plateau in the Jalisco province. Only after 8-10 years are the agaves ripe and ready to be harvested. The heart pieces are distilled twice in copper kettles using old, traditional methods.
