Tommasi Graticcio is produced from own vineyards located in the Valpolicella and Bardolino Doc areas. 10% of the grapes are partially dried for about 1 month prior to pressing and then blended with 90% of the same varities that are fermented fresh. The wine is then aged a few months in oak barrels. This is an “Appassimento” wine. Intense, deep ruby red color. The fragrance is very fruity and rich with cherry notes. The taste is medium body but very intense, spicy with smooth and full of flavors.
