The Irish made up a large part of the European immigrants who populated the Caribbean in the 18th century and helped build the rum industry. As a tribute to her, Tullamore D.E.W. developed this variant, which has matured for another six months in XO rum barrels and superimposed notes of vanilla and oak with citrus fruits, ripe bananas and delicate spices.
