After a light squeeze, the wine skins are removed from the must to prevent the wine from becoming too dark. The wine is then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 15 to 20 days at 17 to 18 degrees. Intense color with violet reflections, fresh grape aroma that becomes more complex over time. Beautifully rounded structure with an elegant balance between fruit and freshness. Perfect for antipasti, cheese and fish as well as poultry.
