Chateau de Montifaud is a family-owned cognac mansion through the sixth generation. Cognac is unique due to its long tradition. VSOP has been kept in new oak barrels for the first 12 months, 8-10 years old. It is amber in color. The aroma is apricot, dried flowers, pear and walnut. The taste is mild, soft and fruity. Long aftertaste.
